The National Youth Policy Institute held the 57th Youth Policy Forum on Friday, June 21, 2024 at the Medium-sized Hall, 1st Floor, Research Support Building, Sejong National Research Complex, under the theme “Educational Innovation for Diversity, Inclusion, and Hyperconnectivity: Community Mapping.”

The 57th Youth Policy Forum, led by NYPI Research Fellow Yoo Min-sang, commenced with an opening address by NYPI President Baek Il-hyeon, marking the beginning of the forum.

In this forum, Professor Lim Wan-su (Professor at the Meharry Medical College in the United States and Director of the Community Mapping Center) presented on the topic of community mapping. He discussed the definition of community mapping, its domestic and international applications, and further explored innovations in youth education focusing on diversity, inclusion, and hyperconnectivity.

Following this, there was a free discussion among all participants, providing an opportunity to exchange various opinions.
